Support Infomation

Thank you for expresing intrest in joining the ziton support team! We are always looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team and help us provide the best support possible to our customers.

What do I have to do?

The main role of our support team is to answer tickets answered by users. We do not require you to be an expert in scripting or roblox development, but you do require enough experince or knowledge to be able to assist our users in troublshooting their problems. If you do encounter a problom you cannot solve or do not know the answer to, you can always ask for help from other support team members or escalate the ticket to our development team.

What applications do you have to use?

We use the Tickets discord bot to manage our tickets which is an easy to use and intuitive tool for handling support tickets. For moderation we use a bot called Wick which can be seen on their site. We are actively working on custom database infratructure to help our users manage and user their products as well as store data across their games.

What are my commitments?

Our support team is a volentry position and we do not require a specific time commitment from our team members. We do appreciate any support tickets you do manage to answer, but you are not given a specfic quoter to forfill. We do try and give back to our staff as much as we can by offering free products or large discounts. We also allow staff to join our development scheme for no cost. We also offer upgrades from base versions to the pro versions of any.

How do I apply?

To apply please complete the support team application that is hosted on this site. This will then allow you to export it as a HTML document. Please download this HTML document and open a support ticket in our discord and attach your application. We require no additional resources other than the application given to you on this site. Once we have marked your application we will notify you if you have passed or not. We kindly request you do not try and prompt staff to mark you application , if you do we may be forced to automatically reject your application. We also ask that you do not submit multiple applications as this will not increase your chances of being accepted and may result in all of your applications being rejected.
