Support Team Application

You must complete all questions to the best of your ability. If you do not answer seriously or show a lack of effort in your application it will be denied. To submit your application please open a Support Ticket and request to submit a staff application. Then upload the HTML document generated by this form and we will review your application. We reserve the right to deny any application when we see fit. If you pass your application we will contact you over Discord direct messages, if not we will inform you as well.

Section one - Your Information

We require some basic information about you to determine what accounts you possess and what accounts we would need to rank. All questions apart from question 4 need to be answered.

We would like to ask a series of questions about why you want to join our support department. We would also like to know if you have any aspirations or improvements to our support team you would like to make while you are at the company.
